Christmas Opening Hours for Customer Service
Please remember that we do not open on Sundays, we are closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. Our opening hours are 10am-4pm Monday to Saturday
SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT JOYA ORDERS PLACED OVER THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD
Please note that due to Christmas Warehouse closures, we are not able to guarantee dispatch of Joya Footwear on orders placed after 11 am on Wednesday 20th December until 3rd January. We will then post your order via the delivery method you selected when you placed your order.
In Time for Christmas Delivery Deadlines
As you will appreciate, once an item has left our premises we have no control over the timescales stated below. We will make sure we post items out in accordance with Royal Mail and EVRI last Christmas delivery dates, however these are by no means guaranteed.
UK Free Delivery
Last dates to order in time for Christmas using our Free Delivery, EVRI:
- Tuesday 12th December (before 11am) for Joya
- Wednesday 13th December for all other brands.

Royal Mail First Class Delivery UK Only
Last dates to order in time for Christmas using our £4.95 Royal Mail postage option are:
- Tuesday 19th December (before 11am) for Joya
- Wednesday 20th December for all other brands.
