The sole unit is also flat giving you lots of stability in these shoes. The shoes are wide and deep fitting and come continentally sized. So, if you are a 5?, you are more likely to need a 38 than a 39.
The ?shoe? has a velcro strap across the foot allowing you to adjust for perfect fit.
